Cookie Policy
A short, plain explanation of the small files this website may store on your device and why.

What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your computer or phone. Some are essential for a site to work, others help with things like security or showing content from other companies. Similar technologies, such as browser storage, do a similar job and are covered by this policy too.
How we use them
We keep cookies to the minimum needed to run the site safely. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not currently use analytics cookies to track visitors.
Strictly necessary
- Security and performance. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may set cookies that protect the site from automated abuse and help pages load reliably.
- Form protection. Our enquiry forms may use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from bots. It can set a short lived cookie while you complete a form.
- Staff sign in. The private admin area used by our office team stores a sign in session in the browser. This only applies to staff who log in and is never set for visitors.
Third party content
- Google Maps. Our Contact and Areas We Cover pages show an embedded Google map so you can find our office. When the map loads, Google may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
- Care Quality Commission widget. The CQC box on our Quality page and homepage loads from the CQC website. It shows our registration status and does not track you.
Managing cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Most browsers let you refuse all cookies, accept only some, or clear those already stored. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, such as the enquiry forms, from working properly.
